Job summary

The Bicester Village Shopping Collection is seeking a Private Clients Programme Manager to lead the private events and programming strategy at Bicester Village. This office-based role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences for HNW/UHNW clients, within a luxury retail ecosystem.

You'll combine creativity with meticulous organisation, manage budgets and partnerships, and work across stakeholders to deliver memorable events that reinforce the brand's Extraordinary Together ethos.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-end events or private client programmes.
• Strong network across luxury, hospitality, or premium retail.
• Excellent budget management and ROI evaluation skills.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding organisational abilities.
• Experience engaging HNW or UHNW audiences.
