Job summary

MR PORTER is seeking a passionate Personal Shopping Operations team member to join our Westfield Shepherd's Bush office. You will help ensure seamless client service, resolve operational challenges and deliver an exceptional, personalised experience.

You will support Personal Shoppers, manage orders and stock, and craft bespoke client edits. Hybrid working four days in the office, strong emphasis on client care and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing or sales/operations roles with results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive team player.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; PowerPoint skills; InDesign a plus.
• Interest in fashion and styling with luxury brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily order issues, returns, and stock discrepancies.
• Support Personal Shoppers by processing orders, pre-orders and reservations.
• Provide proactive, solution-driven client support and follow up.
• Liaise with departments to resolve issues and follow up until completion.
• Escalate complaints to Personal Shopping Managers when needed.
• Create bespoke client edits with product images, descriptions and pricing.
• Monitor client responses and tailor follow-up by engagement and history.
• Maintain and update customer lists for a personalised service.
• Travel to support client activations when requested.
