LuxExperience Group is seeking a Personal Shopping Operations team member for our Westfield Shepherd's Bush office. You will support seamless client service, resolve operational challenges and craft personalised client communications while maintaining high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail, client services and operational support
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional end-to-end client service and follow-up on orders, returns, and stock issues
• Support Personal Shoppers by processing orders, pre-orders and reservations accurately
• Escalate complaints to Personal Shopping Managers when needed
• Create bespoke client edits with product images, descriptions and pricing tailored to clients
• Maintain and update customer profiles and ensure data accuracy
• Assist with events setup, stock allocation and client activations
• Be flexible to travel to support client-facing activations
