LuxExperience is hiring for a Personal Shopping Operations team member to support seamless client service and operational efficiency within MR PORTER. You will assist Personal Shoppers with orders, pre-orders and bespoke client communications, ensuring high-quality, personalised experiences for our discerning customers.

Based in our Westfield London office with hybrid working, you will collaborate across departments, manage client relationships, and help create customised client edits.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing or sales/operations roles
• History of achieving results in fast-paced environments
• Enthusiasm for fashion and styling
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong PowerPoint skills

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional end-to-end client service and follow-up for Personal Shoppers
• Process orders, pre-orders and reservations accurately and efficiently
• Serve as a proactive point of contact for clients and respond to product queries
• Coordinate with departments to resolve issues and ensure timely resolutions
• Escalate complaints to Personal Shopping Managers when needed
• Support Personal Shoppers in creating bespoke client edits with product images and pricing
• Maintain customer profiles and data accuracy for personalised service
• Assist with events setup, activations and stock organization
