Job summary

NET-A-PORTER is seeking a passionate Personal Shopping Operations team member to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of the Personal Shopping department. You will be a critical part of the team, supporting seamless customer service and resolving operational challenges to deliver an exceptional, personalised experience.

Location: Our Westfield office in Shepherd's Bush. Reporting into the Personal Shopping Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or luxury customer service.
• Experience in client-facing roles and operations.
• Ability to travel for client activations on request.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional end-to-end client service and follow-up, resolving daily order issues, returns and stock discrepancies.
• Support Personal Shoppers by processing orders, reservations and pre-orders with accuracy.
• Act as a proactive point of contact for clients, providing timely assistance with orders, returns and product queries.
