Job summary

MR PORTER is seeking a Personal Shopping Operations team member to join our London office on a fixed-term contract. You will support seamless client service, process orders, handle returns, and liaise with departments to resolve issues.

The role suits someone with fashion retail or client services experience, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure, and who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment. Hybrid working four days in the office with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-facing or sales/operations roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint; InDesign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve daily order issues, returns, stock discrepancies.
• Support Personal Shoppers by processing orders, pre-orders and reservations.
• Create bespoke client edits with product images, descriptions and pricing.
• Maintain and update customer profiles and records.
• Assist with stock sampling and events setup.
