Mytheresa is seeking a Personal Shopping and Client Relations Manager to join our London office. You will act as the main contact for Mytheresa’s top clients, delivering personalized styling, building long-term relationships, and driving loyalty in a luxury e-commerce environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a similar client-facing role within luxury fashion, is fluent in English, highly organized, tech-savvy, and ready to collaborate with Buying and Brand Marketing to deliver

• 3–5 years in a similar client-facing role within luxury fashion.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, proactive mindset, and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact and ambassador for Mytheresa’s top clients.
• Drive loyalty and increased spend through personalized styling, tailored recommendations, and proactive outreach.
• Curate communications and weekly product selections based on client preferences and history.
• Identify and execute sales, acquisition, and cross-selling opportunities to meet targets.
• Create clienteling initiatives to enhance the luxury customer experience.
• Organize VIP events and support collaborations with Buying and Brand Marketing.
