Job summary

Mytheresa in London is seeking a Personal Shopping and Client Relations Manager to lead relationships with our top clients, delivering outstanding service and tailored styling. You will act as ambassador for the brand and drive loyalty through proactive outreach.

You will collaborate with Buying and Brand Marketing to curate client communications, organize VIP events, and seize cross-selling opportunities, with a strong focus on menswear and luxury fashion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar client-facing role within luxury fashion, ideally in e-commerce.
• Strong affinity for fashion, luxury lifestyle trends, and digital technology.
• Excellent written and spoken English with top-tier communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact and ambassador for Mytheresa’s top clients.
• Drive customer loyalty and increased spend through personalized styling and proactive outreach.
• Curate communications and weekly product selections based on client preferences and shopping behavior.
• Identify and execute sales, acquisition, and cross-selling opportunities to achieve commercial targets.
• Create innovative clienteling and selling initiatives to enhance the luxury customer experience.
• Organize and support VIP events and entertainment programs for top customers.
• Collaborate with Buying, Brand Marketing, and external brands to manage client preferences and requests.
