Job summary

Mytheresa in London is seeking a Personal Shopping and Client Relations Manager (f/m/d) to join our Client Relations team hybrid in our London office. You will lead relationships with our top clients, curate personalized styling and product recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a luxury fashion client-facing role, a passion for luxury fashion, strong sales drive, and excellent English communication. Additional languages a plus; experience in e-commerce is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a client-facing role within luxury fashion.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong affinity for fashion, luxury trends and digital technology.
• Sales-driven and targets oriented.
• Innovative and proactive in creating personalized experiences.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact and ambassador for Mytheresa's top clients.
• Drive loyalty and spend through personalized styling and recommendations.
• Curate weekly product selections based on client preferences and history.
• Identify sales and cross-selling opportunities to reach targets.
• Create clienteling initiatives to enhance the luxury experience.
• Organize VIP events and sponsor planning for top customers.
• Collaborate with Buying, Brand Marketing and brands on client requests and re-orders.
