Job summary

Mytheresa in London is seeking a Personal Shopping and Client Relations Manager (f/m/d) to lead premium clienteling for top luxury clients in a hybrid London setting. You will act as the main contact for Mytheresa’s VIP customers, delivering tailored styling, recommendations and proactive outreach.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar client-facing luxury fashion role, a passion for fashion and technology, strong communication, and a proven ability to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar client-facing role within luxury fashion.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, organizational and tech-savvy skills.
• Retail or e-commerce experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact and ambassador for Mytheresa’s top clients.
• Build long-term relationships and drive loyalty.
• Deliver personalized styling and proactive outreach.
• Curate weekly product selections based on client behavior.
• Identify sales, acquisition, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support VIP events and collaborate with Buying and Marketing.
