Job summary

Mackie Myers Ltd in Central London seeks an ambitious Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operations, linking Client Relations, Sourcing, Logistics and Finance. You will manage orders from sourcing to invoicing, coordinate shipments, handle invoicing and day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero, and ensure accurate records across the business.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organisation and proactive approach.
• Experience in operations, order management or finance administration.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling financial data.
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting platform.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client orders from sourcing to invoicing, delivery and returns.
• Manage invoicing, payments, reconciliations and day‑to‑day bookkeeping using Xero.
• Maintain accurate financial, client, order and operational records.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including customs, VAT and documentation.
• Identify inefficiencies and support improvements to processes and workflows.
