Job summary

Page Executive is guiding a luxury omni-channel retailer seeking a Director of Operations in the UK. You will lead a team of 100–120, overseeing supply chain, warehousing, distribution, transport, customer fulfilment, planning and inventory management to deliver exceptional service and drive efficiency.

You will build strong internal partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and UK Leadership, while engaging external logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Senior supply chain leader with experience in a corporate, complex organisation.
• Experience managing a warehouse is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate into clear communications.
• High level of organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain, warehousing, distribution, transport, and fulfilment.
• Drive inventory management, planning and cost efficiency.
• Mentor and develop a team of 100–120 colleagues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital & E‑comm, Finance, IT and UK Leadership.
• Engage with Third Party Logistics Providers, transport partners, and suppliers.
