Job summary
Fairmont Southampton is seeking an Executive Events Manager to lead planning and execution of complex, high-value group programs and catering events from contract turnover through departure. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, meeting professionals and resort operations, focusing on luxury incentive and executive VIP events.
The role emphasizes strategic oversight, revenue growth, and seamless guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in Conference Services, Event Management or Catering.
- Experience managing complex luxury events and VIP programs.
- Leadership and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of luxury incentives, conferences and VIP events.
- Coordinate with Sales, Revenue Management and Operations to align event delivery with objectives.
- Maximize revenue through F&B, AV, guestrooms and add-ons.
- Prepare event documentation and ensure seamless delivery.
