Fairmont Southampton is seeking a Group Reservations Coordinator to manage group reservations from confirmation through arrival. You will work with Sales, Conference Services, and Revenue Management to ensure accurate blocks, rates, and details in Opera and GroupMax.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Reservations, Front Office, Sales, Group Reservations, or related hospitality role.
• Previous group reservations or luxury hotel experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary Reservations contact for Group Conveners, providing professional, responsive service.
• Coordinate group reservations, changes, cancellations, and guest information accurately.
• Maintain group room blocks, rates, room types, and reservation details in Opera Property Manager and GroupMax.
• Respond promptly to group inquiries and address reservation challenges.
