Cambridge House, Auberge Collection in London is seeking a Night Receptionist to ensure seamless overnight operations in a luxury setting. You will welcome late arrivals, manage overnight reservations, and maintain accurate guest records with discretion and professionalism.

Joining ahead of our opening, you will help establish service rituals and standards that define the Cambridge House experience from the start.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or night reception within luxury hospitality.
• Strong numerical and administrative skills relevant to billing and night audits.
• Able to work independently overnight with excellent handover to day team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late arrivals with warmth and discretion, ensuring a personal and effortless check-in.
• Manage overnight departures, reservations and guest enquiries with accuracy and care.
• Maintain guest accounts, billing records and night audit reports with proper reconciliation.
• Perform overnight administrative tasks and system checks for smooth handover.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure guest requests are fulfilled and communicated clearly.
• Keep reception and arrival areas immaculate and welcoming during the night.
• Assist in opening preparations, helping establish service rituals and overnight standards.
