Job summary

FPMR Ltd in London is seeking a Night Porter for a fixed Monday to Thursday night shift (22:00–07:45) at a luxury residential building. You will act as first point of contact for residents during night hours, delivering discreet, professional service and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in night concierge roles within luxury residential environments.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional presentation and conduct.
• Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication.
• SIA license desirable depending on property requirements.
• First Aid certification or willingness to undertake training.
• Good health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for residents during night hours.
• Assist residents with parcels, deliveries, and luggage.
• Maintain polite, discreet professional demeanor.
• Conduct regular security patrols and monitor CCTV.
• Log contractor visits and manage keys.
• Receive and securely store parcels and notify residents.
• Perform light cleaning and keep communal areas tidy.
• Report hazards and incidents to management.
• Provide thorough handover notes at shift end.
