FPMR Ltd. is seeking a professional Day Concierge for a prestigious residential scheme in SE1. You will deliver top-tier resident care during Concierge Desk and Lobby hours, with a focus on personalised, proactive service and immaculate building presentation.

The role requires flexibility for occasional night shifts and a commitment to exceptional customer care. Salary ranges £31,000–£32,000 DOE with 12-hour shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, preferably Residential or Luxury Hotels.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, courteous welcome at the Concierge Desk.
• Anticipate resident needs and exceed expectations where possible.
• Assist residents with refreshments, events, printing, and other requests.
• Maintain bespoke, personalized service for each resident.
• Keep accurate logs for residents and visitors.
• Support and develop the Concierge team to meet needs.
• Engage with residents, colleagues, and service providers for seamless service.
• Visit the management suite to interact with building team.
