Job summary

You will respond to guest requests, provide recommendations on the city, coordinate with departments, and maintain discretion and professionalism throughout the night. This role offers opportunities for progression within luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a concierge or guest-facing role in luxury hospitality.
• Strong customer-service mindset with a personalised approach.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently with good decision making during night shifts.
• Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with London attractions, transport and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services during overnight hours.
• Anticipate and fulfil guest needs with discretion and a personalised approach.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on the hotel and surrounding area, including late‑night options
• Handle guest calls, messages and requests promptly and ensure follow-up.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security and other departments for smooth operations
• Maintain logs and records for shift handovers.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a solution‑focused mindset.
• Maintain a visible yet discreet presence to ensure guest comfort and wellbeing overnight
• Uphold brand standards in service delivery, presentation and communication
• Support pre-arrival preparations and daytime operations with overnight planning
