Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch is seeking a Night Luggage Porter to join the pre-opening team for a luxury hotel opening later this year. You will act as a discreet ambassador for residents during evening and overnight hours, delivering personalised service with precision and discretion.

The role involves collaborating with concierge, security, and management to ensure seamless, five-star experiences, handling luggage, messages, and VIP requests while maintaining immaculate

Formación

• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Ability to deliver a five-star guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the overnight contact for residents, providing warmth and efficient service.
• Support luggage porter and door coverage; assist with night shifts as required.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles on hotel premises.
• Coordinate with Concierge to arrange dining, transport, and other services during night hours.
• Manage guest messages, parcels and confidential correspondence with discretion.
• Handle luggage and valuables securely and discreetly.
• Maintain VIP awareness, daily briefs and special requests.
• Keep lobby and front-of-house areas calm, immaculate and welcoming at night.
• Support Management and Security in emergencies; respond professionally to sensitive situations.
• Uphold brand standards and front-office procedures.
