Qualifications

• Provide exceptional cleaning and guest service with attention to detail.
• Strong service under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver turn-down service on time per guest preferences.
• Assist morning shift with cleaning as needed.
• Report loss or damage to linen or furniture.
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals per standards.
• Keep service area stocked and clean.
• Report equipment or light bulb issues to supervisor.
• Maintain 5-star floor area aligned with standards.
• Participate in daily line-up and cover other duties when required.
