Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire seeks an enthusiastic Kitchen Intern to join our culinary team. Learn food preparation, kitchen operations, and hospitality under senior chefs, with on-the-job training across sections and a clear path to a career in hospitality.

This internship offers exposure to high standards, support from experienced mentors, and opportunities to develop practical skills in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Passion for food, hospitality and learning.
• Studying or completed culinary/hospitality programme desirable.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn practical kitchen skills.
• Strong work ethic; able to take direction from seniors.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with ingredients prep and mise en place.
• Learn culinary techniques under experienced kitchen pros.
• Support kitchen during service to maintain high standards.
• Help keep workstations clean, organized and hygienic.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Assist with stock rotation and deliveries receipt.
• Collaborate with kitchen brigade to ensure great guest experience.
