The Landmark London invites you to join our Kitchen Department as a Kitchen Intern on a fixed-term basis with an immediate start. We value positive energy, diversity, and team collaboration to deliver memorable five-star service to our guests.

You'll gain hands-on experience in mise-en-place and service, with development plans and world-class management programmes to support your growth within the property. Eligible to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and as part of a team, preparing mise-en-place and service for the section/department.
• Carry out tasks as directed by supervisor/manager and assist other kitchen areas when requested.
• Know what fresh food is in stock and check fridges/freezers in your section.
• Promote good communication within the department and provide clear handovers.
• Learn duties in your section and seek feedback to improve.
