Job summary

Ace Jewelers Group in London is seeking a Private Client Advisor to join our sales team. You will engage discerning clients, advise on haute horlogerie, fine jewellery and natural diamonds, and represent our luxury showroom with warmth and professionalism.

This hybrid role lets you split time between the showroom, home, and client visits, with a strong emphasis on service, presentation, and building long‑term relationships in a dynamic, people‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail or jewelry sales experience preferred.
• Excellent English; strong communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites and host visits.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers in-store, by phone, and via email/social media; close sales.
• Stock management and showroom upkeep.
• Liaise with brands for partnerships and events (B2B).
• Presentable, customer‑focused, and commercially aware.
• Must have right to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
