Outside The Box Recruitment Ltd in Central London is seeking an experienced Luxury Client Advisor to join our client's expanding network of stores. You will deliver exquisite service, build lasting client relationships and cross-sell fine watches and jewellery.

The role requires at least 2 years in luxury retail, strong communication, clientelling skills, and a passion for premium brands. Evening events and networking may be part of the role, with attractive commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience selling fine watches / jewellery or luxury fashion.
• Experience in clientelling and service delivery within a luxury / premium retail environment.
• Must be articulate with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish rapport with clients and deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Build and nurture a client database, identifying needs and maintaining contact.
• Exceed personal and team sales targets; stay informed on new brands, products and launches.
• Cross-sell Fine Jewellery and Fine Watches; contribute to boutique success.
• Adhere to company policies, security procedures and professional standards.
• Be an effective team member and participate in evening events to network with clients.
