Job summary

Cullen Jewellery is seeking a Client Advisor for our London showroom. You will assist clients in selecting or designing bespoke pieces, both in person and online, delivering a high-touch, informative experience.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a Tuesday to Saturday roster from 9am to 5pm (Saturdays 8am–4pm). Join a purpose-driven, ethical fine-jewellery brand committed to sustainability and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within premium jewellery or retail.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients in person and online to select or design jewellery, offering personalised guidance and quotes.
• Coordinate aftercare services such as resizing, repairs, and warranty claims with a fast turnaround.
