Job summary

ecruit in Brighton is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee a luxury jewellery showroom and lead a small team to deliver a high-end customer experience. You will drive sales performance and ensure every client receives personalised, consultative service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role is full-time, offering a salary of £30,000–£33,000 with a discretionary bonus, private medical insurance, a company pension, and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience, ideally in luxury or premium retail.
• Experience in jewellery retail is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on, commercially focused approach to store management.
