Job summary

Ecruit in London is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Luxury Jewellery store. The role is full-time, in-person, 40 hours per week across 5 days from 7, including weekends and bank holidays.

You will lead a team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a premium retail environment. The ideal candidate has experience leading teams, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in premium or luxury retail environments.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Coach team members to improve confidence, product knowledge and performance.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development.
• Support stock management, processes and compliance.
• Maintain high standards across the store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
