Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a passionate Housekeeping Supervisor for The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection. You will support the Housekeeping Manager, lead the team and ensure luxury standards across guestrooms, suites and public areas.

You will conduct detailed inspections, coordinate daily room priorities and collaborate with Front Office to deliver flawless guest experiences, while training and mentoring colleagues to uphold hygiene and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced luxury setting.
• Knowledge of luxury hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in daily operation of the Housekeeping Department.
• Lead and coach the housekeeping team on a daily basis with pride, accountability and service.
• Conduct detailed inspections of guestrooms, suites and public areas to reflect Colbert Collection standards.
• Coordinate daily room assignments and priorities to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Support training and development of housekeeping team members.
