Job summary

You will supervise daily operations, conduct inspections, allocate tasks, train staff, and motivate teammates to deliver a luxury guest journey. Collaboration with Front Office and Maintenance is essential, while maintaining health, safety and hygiene standards across all areas.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping in luxury hotels.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Knowledge of housekeeping systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to five-star standards.
• Conduct daily room, corridor, and public area inspections.
• Allocate tasks and monitor workload for efficient staffing.
• Prioritise departure rooms to support smooth guest check-ins.
• Oversee staff grooming, presentation and professional standards.
• Support training, development and performance evaluation of team.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Front Office on room moves and special requests.
• Monitor supply levels and assist with stock control.
