The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to support daily Front Office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint. You will lead by example, support the team during shifts, and uphold the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience in a luxury hotel.
• Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with PMS and Front Office systems.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily Front Office operations.
• Lead and support the Front Desk team while ensuring luxury service standards.
• Ensure a seamless and personalized arrival and departure experience for guests.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Support VIP arrivals and ensure guest preferences are recognised.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest experience.
• Support Front Office leadership with daily operational requirements.
