The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, part of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, invites applications for a Front Desk Supervisor. You will lead the Front Office team, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure guests receive personalised, luxury service from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Previous Front Office experience within a hospitality environment, ideally in a luxury hotel.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with PMS and Front Office systems.
• Ability to remain composed and make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support and oversee daily Front Office operations.
• Lead and support the Front Desk team while ensuring the highest luxury service standards.
• Ensure a seamless and personalized arrival and departure experience for every guest.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Support VIP arrivals and ensure individual guest preferences are recognized.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.
• Support the Front Office leadership team with daily operational requirements.
