Job summary

The WestDill Mayfair Colbert Collection in London is seeking a passionate Housekeeping Supervisor to exemplify luxury service and impeccable housekeeping standards. You will support the housekeeping leadership, coach a team of attendants, and drive high guest satisfaction within a historically refined setting.

You will conduct meticulous inspections, coordinate daily room priorities, ensure strict health and safety compliance, and partner with Front Office and other departments to deliver

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a senior housekeeping role in a luxury hotel.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and luxury service.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations.
• Lead, coach and inspire the housekeeping team daily.
• Conduct detailed inspections of guestrooms, suites and public areas.
• Coordinate daily room assignments and priorities for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Support training and development of housekeeping staff.
