Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection. You will lead the Front Office team, maintain luxury service standards, and oversee daily operations to create exceptional guest experiences in a new Mayfair luxury destination.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel front office operations.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
