Job summary

Dorchester Collection’s Coworth Park seeks an Events Operations Manager to lead the events teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences on-site. You’ll drive luxury service standards, oversee multiple departments, and coordinate guest stays with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury 5* hotel.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach events teams to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure smooth running of both departments to deliver the best guest experience.
• Coordinate and plan guest stays through research and communication with all departments.
• Communicate with other departments to maintain alignment.
• Oversee staff welfare, morale, performance reviews and training.
