Job summary

Thwaites, a renowned luxury 4-star hotel, seeks a Sales Co-ordinator to support conference, events and bedroom sales. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will forge relationships with agents and guests, respond to enquiries with tailored proposals, and manage bookings from enquiry to handover.

You will develop product knowledge, conduct show rounds, communicate with warmth, and contribute to achieving sales targets within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Forge great relationships with agents and guests alike.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities to advise guests on how to enhance their stay.
• Respond to enquiries with proposals to best suit clients' needs.
• Manage bookings from initial enquiry to handover to operations on arrival.
• Develop knowledge of bedrooms, conference and events products and rate strategies.
• Conduct hotel show rounds to showcase selling points.
• Communicate with warmth and hospitality to deliver an authentic experience.
• Work as part of a sales team to drive and achieve sales targets.
