Job summary

Thwaites is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator for their luxury 4-star hotel in the United Kingdom. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will support conference, events, and bedroom sales, building strong relationships with agents and guests while handling inquiries and proposals.

You will manage bookings end-to-end, develop knowledge of hotel offerings, and participate in show rounds to highlight the property’s USP. The role offers progression and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Forge relationships with agents and guests.
• Advise guests on hotel facilities to enhance their stay.
• Prepare proposals matching guest needs.
• Manage bookings from enquiry to handover to operations.
• Learn the hotel products, bedrooms, conferences, and rate strategies.
• Conduct hotel show rounds highlighting selling points.
• Communicate with warmth and hospitality to deliver a genuine experience.
• Work with the sales team to achieve targets.
