Threadneedles Hotel, Autograph Collection, a five‑star boutique hotel in the City of London, seeks a proactive Receptionist. You’ll welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and respond to inquiries with warmth and efficiency on a busy front desk.

Previous hotel reception experience is advantageous. Opera PMS experience preferred to ensure smooth guest service and seamless operations in a luxury environment.

Formación

• Previous hotel reception experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience using Opera PMS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest queries face-to-face and by phone.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk presence and support the front office team.
