Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing and confident in social interactions.
• Ability to manage busy reception with composure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience in five-star or luxury hotel is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage smooth, personalised check-ins and check-outs.
• Build genuine relationships, anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences.
• Handle reservations, payments, guest requests and daily Reception administration accurately.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, special requests and guest preferences.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally, involving management when needed.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and ensure clear shift handovers.
• Maintain guest confidentiality, safety and operational standards.
