Edwardian Manchester Hotel is recruiting a Receptionist to join the Front of House Team. You will manage guest registration, check-in/check-out, cash handling, and guest communications with a personalised, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates will have hotel reception experience in luxury settings, strong English skills, and familiarity with Opera, Office 365, Salesforce and Review Pro. The role offers a competitive salary and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception experience preferred in 4- or 5-star operations.
• Proficiency with Opera, Office 365, Salesforce and Review Pro.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Handle all aspects of the guest journey during check-in and check-out.
• Respond to guest communications professionally with personalised service.
• Assist with daily admin tasks within the Front of House team.
• Promote hotel amenities and outlets and coordinate in-house services as required.
• Update guest profiles to provide a personalised guest experience.
