Threadneedles Hotel, Autograph Collection, is seeking a friendly Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out in a five-star City of London setting.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisation, and a courteous, professional approach at all times. Experience with Opera PMS is preferred, and the team values guest-focused service and teamwork.

• Previous hotel front desk experience is desirable.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The Role of a Hotel Receptionist

Our receptionists are attentive, welcoming and are often the first person a guest meets when they visit our luxury hotel.

The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for guest check-in and check-out and respond to a variety of queries both face to face and on the telephone in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

Our guests will be your priority, you will be approachable, an excellent communicator, and strong organisation skills. You will have fun with our guests and enjoy being part of the front office team.

Successful candidates will benefit from previous hotel experience using Opera.
