Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a General Manager for Bailbrook House in Bath. You will lead a luxury country house hotel, drive guest satisfaction, financial performance and team development in a fast-evolving premium brand environment.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage multi-outlet operations, oversee strategic initiatives, and ensure the highest standards of service while delivering exceptional experiences for guests, events and weddings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager in luxury hotel environments.
• Proven track record of delivering guest satisfaction and profit growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive sales and partnerships.
• Experienced in people management, coaching and developing teams.
• Knowledge of project management and capex initiatives.
