Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a General Manager for Bailbrook House in Bath, a Grade II listed luxury country house. You will lead the hotel’s team, drive guest satisfaction, and manage the P&L while delivering exceptional service and a bespoke high-end guest journey.

The role requires a proven track record in luxury hotel operations, multi- outlet food leadership, and a strong commercial mindset to grow revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

Experience as General Manager in a Luxury Hotel with multi-outlet food operations.
Proven track record delivering guest satisfaction and strong colleague engagement.
Solid commercial acumen with ability to drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

Exceed guest expectations and meet or surpass financial goals.
Lead hotel team to strengthen Hand Picked Hotels market reputation for service and consistency.
Own the hotel P&L and inspire the team to maximise potential and profitability.
Identify and deliver new revenue streams and opportunities for the hotel.
Promote Hand Picked Hotels vision, values and service philosophy across the property.
