Four Seasons Hotels Limited in Hampshire is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead restaurant and bar operations within a luxury hotel environment. You will supervise, inspire and develop team members while delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining Four Seasons standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, bar, luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive problem solving and fast-paced prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant and bar operations with management.
• Lead and motivate service teams during peak hours to uphold Four Seasons standards.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences and service quality.
• Assist with training, coaching and development of team members.
• Ensure opening, service and closing procedures are followed effectively.
• Monitor service standards and address improvements proactively.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing levels and operational planning.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, wines and promotions.
• Ensure food safety, health and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with culinary and hotel teams for seamless service delivery.
• Assist with inventory control and departmental administration.
