Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire in the English countryside is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our leadership team. You will support the daily operation of our restaurant and bars, ensuring guest satisfaction and service excellence.

You will lead by example on the floor, inspire and develop team members, and help create memorable experiences for each guest in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience within a restaurant, bar, luxury hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and can-do attitude.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards.
• Confidence in handling guest requests and resolving concerns professionally.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• The legal right to work in the United Kingdom; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in the daily operation of the restaurant and bar outlets.
• Lead and motivate team members during service, ensuring Four Seasons standards are maintained at all times.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive, personalised, and professional service.
• Assist with team training, coaching, and development to promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure all opening, service, and closing procedures are completed effectively.
• Monitor service standards and proactively address opportunities for improvement.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing levels, and operational planning as required.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, wines, and promotions.
