Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, part of the Four Seasons luxury brand, seeks a friendly Bar Server to join the Wild Carrot team. You will deliver high-standard beverage service, provide informed recommendations, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued in a luxury setting.

This full-time role requires hospitality experience, a passion for guest experiences, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, within the Hampshire countryside hotel.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bar/restaurant/hotel or hospitality is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and friendly, approachable personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and high service standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a professional and engaging manner.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
• Build rapport with guests and offer personalised recommendations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of bar menu, cocktails, wines, and seasonal offerings.
• Keep tables, bar areas, and service stations clean and well-presented.
• Process orders and payments using hotel systems accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and responsible alcohol service.
