Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire in the Hampshire countryside seeks a dedicated Guestroom Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and suites.

The role requires attention to detail, pride in presentation and a warm, service-driven approach; mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays may be needed. Experience in hospitality preferred; join a luxury brand offering training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites to Four Seasons' exceptional standards.
• Refresh linen, amenities, and supplies to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain public areas on guest floors with immaculate presentation.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism, care, and efficiency.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to ensure room functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Guest Services to uphold smooth operations.
• Uphold Four Seasons' commitment to luxury, service excellence and guest satisfaction.
