Estelle Manor is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to act as the touchpoint for the Guest Services team, including management, luggage porters, valets, and chauffeurs. You will drive operational excellence to ensure arrivals and departures run smoothly and guests have a seamless experience at Estelle Manor.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with comfort using MS Office tools; luxury hospitality

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for the Guest Services team including management, porters, valets and chauffeurs.
• Ensure operational excellence so guests and belongings are in the right place at the right time.
• Support arrival and departure experiences for guests at Estelle Manor.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain smooth guest service operations.
