Job summary

Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire seeks a Rooms Coordinator to ensure seamless arrival and departure, bridging front and back-of-house teams, coordinating with Reservations, Housekeeping and In Room Dining.

You will oversee back-office operations, prepare rooms for arriving guests, and occasionally assist the Front of House, building confident connections with guests and members in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Front office experience within a luxury hotel or premium brand, ideally with Opera/Opera Cloud systems.
• Strong communicator with colleagues, senior management and guests.
• Highly organised, calm under pressure, results-driven.
• Positive, collaborative team player with a confident presence.
• Comfortable managing behind-the-scenes logistics and guest-facing moments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-office operations and ensure departing guests are processed efficiently.
• Prepare rooms for arriving guests to high standards and coordinate turnovers.
• Assist Front of House when needed and build warm connections with guests and members.
