Job summary

Estelle Manor is seeking a General Manager to lead The Billiards restaurant front-of-house team on the Oxfordshire estate. You will set the service tone, manage daily operations, and drive guest experiences across members and guests, reporting to the F&B Senior Leadership team.

You will oversee staff performance, training, and maintenance while achieving financial targets and delivering Estelle's vision for the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager or senior Restaurant Manager in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with colleagues, senior management, members and guests.
• Team-oriented, positive, driven, organised and solution-focused leader.
• Proven experience managing daily operations, service standards and procedures.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience meeting financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to the front of house team, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of The Billiards restaurant.
• Lead from the front to set service tone and culture in alignment with Estelle's vision.
• Oversee operations, staff management, training, equipment, and maintenance.
• Drive sales reporting and communication across levels; achieve financial targets.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience for members and guests.
