Estelle Manor is seeking an Events & Groups Executive to lead the planning and coordination of memorable events across the estate. You will work closely with members, guests and broader teams to ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered and delivered to a high standard.

You will need a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and confidence in building relationships with guests and suppliers, turning ideas into exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and coordinating events in luxury hotel, hospitality or events environment.
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and ability to manage multiple events and priorities.
• Comfortable meeting with members and guests to understand briefs and present options.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of planning and coordination of events across the estate.
